REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, no Refunds are allowed after the first class. A $30 fee will be charged in all cancellations due to administrative costs.


MAKE-UP CLASSES

TWO makeup classes will be allowed each semester according to availability. Makeups do not roll over from semester to semester. Please discuss with your teacher your options. Make Ups MUST be scheduled prior to class attendance.

VISITOR POLICY

Siblings who are not registered for the class are welcome to TWO FREE classes. Additional visits cost $15 each. Guests must be signed up in advance to avoid overcrowded classrooms. After 3 visits, families must pay full fee.


DURING CLASSES

Please no eating in class.
Sippy cups, bottles, or breast feeding is fine.
Please remember to turn off your cell phones.
For safety reasons, no running. (please be aware that children do move around however extremely active running might jeopardize the safety of the children)
Please keep chatting to a minimum **

INSTRUMENT MAINTAINCE

All egg shakers and sticks are washed with hot water & soap after every class.

Regarding the mixed Play Along instruments: we ask you to help us keep our environment health safe by helping us placing the instruments that have been in your child's mouth in our "WET BASKET".
